Wade Rusk is Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Penguin Air, Plumbing & Electrical. Rusk started his professional career as a refrigeration mechanic in the Marine Corps. After his time serving our country, he founded Rusk Refrigeration which he eventually sold his company and ventured into real estate and also tax services. It was during this time he realized he passion for entrepreneurship and the HVAC services industry. Going back to his roots allowed Rusk to meet his future business partner and Penguin co-founder William Hallett. Rusk’s business savvy merged with Hallett’s passion for sales to form Penguin Air. Their pursuit for top talent, focus on customer service, and competitive spirt continues to inspire and develop the Penguin Air, Plumbing & Electrical Brand. Rusk’s driving focus is Customer Experience and building relationships with customers and reliability to consumers is a cornerstone to his overall vision for company growth.
William (Will) Hallett is Co-founder of Penguin. Hallett began his HVAC industry with a summer job while attending school at Arizona State University. Working in sales as a Comfort Advisor in sales was natural. Hallett’s belief that “Success is Never Final” is fundamental to his personal accomplishments. Throughout his career Hallett has managed teams across different home service companies in the Phoenix Valley. His passion for continued progression, training, and innovation set Hallett apart as a leader who embodies his beliefs of growth and making an impact on those around him. Upon meeting Wade, the two decided to chase the dream and form Penguin Air. Hallett’s commitment to improving work environments, family life quality, and stronger contributions to the local community impact the workforce at Penguin. This mentality led the rapid growth of Penguin to a multi-million-dollar company within two years of its inception.
